【正】 因为村务不公开,海南省海口市西秀镇博养村村民普遍对现任和原任村干部存在不满情绪。据博养村村民反映,现任村干部在一些事关群众利益的大事上,不听取村民意见,村务不公开,群众和村干部难以沟通;原任村干部则利用职权侵占集体财产,村民多次向上反映这些问题,却没有任何结果。一些群众说:“村干部只知道利用自己的权力谋取私利,根本不把群众的利益放在眼里。对这样的干部,村民怎么能没有意见、怎么能不生气?!”
