坚持走中国特色社会主义政治发展道路,是确保国家统一、民族团结、社会稳定、人民安居乐业的必然要求。从新中国成立之日起,中国共产党就探索适合中国国情的政治发展道路;改革开放以来,中国共产党积极稳健地推进政治体制改革、加快社会主义民主政治建设、推进社会主义民主进步。中国特色社会主义政治发展道路是中国特色社会主义道路的重要组成部分,符合中国国情,具有旺盛活力和广阔前景。
Adhering to the path of socialist political development with Chinese characteristics is an inevitable requirement for ensuring national reunification, national unity, social stability and people’s livelihood. Since the founding of new China, the Chinese Communist Party has explored the path of political development suited to China’s national conditions. Since the reform and opening up, the Chinese Communist Party has actively and steadily promoted the reform of the political system, accelerated the construction of socialist democracy and promoted the progress of socialist democracy. The road of socialist political development with Chinese characteristics is an important part of the road to socialism with Chinese characteristics, which is in keeping with China’s national conditions and has a strong vitality and a bright future.
