目的 旨的观察降纤酶对大鼠急性高粘血症血液流变性的影响。方法 将SD大鼠40只分为5组,即正常对照组、高粘血症模型组、降纤酶大剂量组(0.8u/kg)、降纤酶小剂量组(0.4u/kg)、丹参阳性对照组(0.72g/kg),用皮下注射肾上腺素加冷水浴刺激做高粘血症模型。结果 降纤酶能非常显著地降低全血低切粘度(η)、高切粘度(η)、血浆纤维蛋白原浓度(PFC)、血浆粘度(η)、全血低切还原粘度(η),并能显著降低红细胞压积(Hct)、全血高切还原粘度(η)、红细胞聚集指数(EAI),但对红细胞刚性指数(ERI)无影响。而丹参仅能轻度降低η、η、HCT及PFC。结论 提示降纤酶能改善高粘血症血液流变学特性,可用来防治冠心病伴高纤维蛋白原血症。
Objective To observe the effect of defibrase on the hemorheology of acute hyperviscosity in rats. Methods 40 SD rats were divided into 5 groups: normal control group, hyperviscosity model group, defibrase high dose group (0.8u / kg), defibrase low dose group (0.4u / kg ), Salvia miltiorrhiza positive control group (0.72g / kg), subcutaneous injection of epinephrine plus cold water bath to stimulate hyperhomocysteinemia model. Results Defibrase could significantly reduce the low shear viscosity (η), high shear viscosity (η), plasma fibrinogen concentration (PFC), plasma viscosity (η), whole blood low shear reduction viscosity (Hct), erythrocyte sedimentation rate (η) and erythrocyte aggregation index (EAI), but had no effect on erythrocyte rigidity index (ERI). However, Salvia miltiorrhiza can only slightly reduce η, η, HCT and PFC. The results suggest that defibrase can improve the hemorheology of hyperviscosity and can be used to prevent and treat coronary heart disease with hyperfibrinogenemia.
