改革开放以来,经济迅速发展,食品生产经营企业不断增加,卫生监督机构对食品卫生监督监测力度逐年加强,不同品种的卫生质量不相同,不同年份的监测品种频次的构成比有很大差别,其监测合格率常常受到构成比因素的影响,因此存在如何准确、合理比较表达合格率的问题,笔者采用标准化法对双流县1987~1995年8类食品的卫生监测合格率进行标准化处理,结果发现各年间合格率,各类食品合格率及其顺位在经标准化后发生变化。
