随着我国铁路客运专线陆续立项、部分客运专线开工建设,客运专线基础设施的一些关键技术和设备特别是轨道系统已非常紧迫地提到议事日程。深入分析我国轨道设备的现状和关键技术存在的差距,对比发展中国家获得先进技术的5类基本方式,提出我国铁路客运专线技术创新模式———“模仿创新”模式,并就有关技术引进方案进行对比,分析我国铁路轨道关键设备自主研发所具备的条件,明确提出以企业为自主创新的主体,制定创新战略、理顺创新体制等具体措施,全面推动我国客运专线轨道结构技术的自主创新能力。
As China’s passenger dedicated railway lines have been approved, some of the passenger dedicated lines have been under construction. Some of the key technologies and equipment for passenger dedicated railway infrastructure, especially the rail system, have been urgently mentioned in the agenda. In-depth analysis of the status quo of China’s track equipment and the gap between the key technologies, compared to developing countries access to advanced technology in five basic ways to put forward China’s railway passenger transport technology innovation model --- “imitation innovation” model, and on the introduction of technology programs The author analyzes the conditions for the independent R & D of key railway orbit equipment in our country, and clearly proposes some measures such as the main body of independent innovation for enterprises, formulating innovation strategy and rationalizing innovation system, so as to comprehensively promote the independent innovation capability of track structure technology for passenger dedicated railway in our country .
