湿法洗煤厂约占入洗原煤15~20%的煤泥需经浮选过滤回收。因浮选精煤矿浆粒度组成细,浓度低等原因造成过滤效果不好。目前单位过滤面积生产能力仅为0.25~0.4吨/时·米~2,而滤饼水分高达27~32%,过滤精煤的电耗在4.3~6.9度/吨以上,因而造成选煤厂电耗大,精煤水分高,选煤设备多等问题。所以如何提高浮选精煤的过滤效果减少电耗,已是国内外选煤工作者研究的重要课题。
