研究了Yb对Sn-9Zn无铅钎料性能和组织影响。研究结果表明,微量Yb可以显著改善Sn-Zn钎料润湿性、焊点力学性能、抗热疲劳性能和抗蠕变特性。发现Yb最佳添加量为0.04%(质量分数),过量的Yb可以明显恶化钎料和焊点的性能,归因于大块稀土相的形成。另外,适量Yb的添加,Sn-Zn钎料的组织得到显著细化,富Zn相尺寸明显减小。
The effect of Yb on the properties and microstructure of Sn-9Zn lead-free solder was investigated. The results show that the trace Yb can significantly improve the Sn-Zn solder wettability, mechanical properties of solder joints, thermal fatigue resistance and creep resistance. It was found that the optimum addition of Yb was 0.04% (mass fraction). Excess Yb markedly deteriorated the properties of solder and solder joints due to the formation of bulk rare earth phases. In addition, the amount of Yb addition, Sn-Zn solder microstructure was significantly refined, Zn-rich phase size was significantly reduced.
