围填海已经成为我国东部沿海城市新增建设用地的重要途径,并对沿海城市的空间格局产生深刻影响。按照围填海区与依托城市的空间关系,可划分为远离市区的“飞地型”和紧临市区的两种类型。本文以大连湾沿岸为研究对象,利用晶格模型模拟分析沿岸围填海区的选址、功能选择、适宜建设面积等与城市建成区的空间关系。晶格模型分析的结果表明,围填海区选址要有针对性,适应所依托城区社会、经济发展的需求;围填海区的功能应与毗临城区的空间功能相融合,有利于围填海区的成长;围填区的面积要适中,太小不利于达到发展的目的,太大会拖累整个地区发展的速度,对整个地区的发展带来不利的影响。本研究可为紧临市区围填海区选址、功能定位和确定合理面积等提供依据,并探索应用晶格模型研究市新建城区与城市功能融合等现实问题。
Reclamation has become an important way for new construction land in eastern coastal cities of our country and has a profound impact on the spatial pattern of coastal cities. According to the spatial relationship between the reclamation sea area and the relying on the city, it can be divided into “enclave type” far from the urban area and two types close to the urban area. Taking the Dalian Bay as the research object, this paper uses the lattice model to simulate and analyze the spatial relationship between the reclamation of coastal areas along the coast, the function selection, the suitable construction area and the urban built-up area. The result of lattice model analysis shows that the location of reclaimed sea area should be targeted to meet the needs of social and economic development of reclaimed urban areas. The function of reclamation area should be integrated with the spatial function of Pilin urban area, The size of the landfills should be moderate and too small for the purpose of development. Too large the conference will drag down the pace of development in the entire area and adversely affect the development of the entire area. This study can provide the basis for the site selection, function orientation and determination of reasonable area in urban reclamation, and explore the practical problems such as the application of lattice model to the research on the function integration of new urban area and city function.
