在苗族村落社会中,社区道德秩序的强化来源于神性的嵌入;换言之,道德的“重量”由神性的“存量”所决定。在这样的文化场域中,人们对神判后相关当事人惨遭的罹难与灾厄事件的注释,常不可避免地嵌入伦理道德与神性的关联,从而实现神性对道德秩序的强化。诸多案例表明神判正是通过对公平的呵护,对横蛮的惩处,对强恶的制约以及对信任的重建等途径实现道德秩序的建构过程。
In Miao village society, the strengthening of community moral order comes from divine embedding; in other words, the moral “weight ” is determined by divine “stock ”. In such a cultural field, people often inevitably embed ethical morality and divinity in annotating the tragedies and disaster-stricken events of the related parties after the death sentence, so as to realize the strengthening of divine moral order. Many cases show that the divine judiciary precisely through the fair care, punishment of barbarism, strong and evil constraints and the reconstruction of trust and other ways to achieve the moral order construction process.
