采用水平连铸工艺生产的4047铝合金线杆制备SAl 4047铝硅合金焊丝,分析原材料微观组织与力学性能,研究退火温度和保温时间对拉拔至Φ4.5 mm的硬态铝合金焊丝力学性能、显微组织、拉拔性能的影响,确定最佳退火工艺。结果表明:随着退火温度及保温时间的增加,焊丝强度呈先降低后小幅增加趋势,伸长率呈先增加后降低趋势;退火工艺为300℃×2 h时,消除应力效果最佳,焊丝可以实现多道次顺利拉拔。
