“临危不惧,让我们看到了工作态度,而临危不乱,让我们看到了职业水准,正是这个团队,成了奇迹的创造者。”这是2月14日晚中央电视台《感动中国》颁奖晚会上,组委会给予K165次英雄列车的颁奖词。2010年度“感动中国”获奖入物评选,西安铁路局K165次列车第二乘务组获特别奖。2010年8月19日15时15分,K165次旅客列车运行至宝成线德阳至广汉间时,因大桥倒塌,造成列车机后5～17节车厢脱线,15、16两节车厢呈V字形悬空,摇摇欲坠。突降的灾难把车上1318名旅客推向绝境!乘务员们临危不乱,组织有序,不放弃一个旅客,直到全部旅客安全转移,她们才最后离开车厢。她们的行为感动了无数中国人,为中国铁路赢得了至高无上的荣誉。
