史上最臭情报冷战期间,号称“难以打开的坚固堡垒”的东德政府部门,封锁情报的能力相当牛。西方各国的特工一点情报也拿不到,只能干着急。不过,世上没有不透风的墙,一位法国情报官员在和一位德国人闲聊时得到了这么一条消息:政府部门的手纸供应紧张,有时只能用文件副本代替。有心的特工们可没把这当笑话听,他们想尽一切办法弄到了东德政府部门厕所的下水管道图。之后的日子里,特工们就天天忙着打捞各种臭烘烘的“手纸”。这些“臭情报”被运回法国,经过整理,竟然还真的有惊喜,里面有政府的机密文件,甚至还有技术数据图。谁能想到,令无数特工头疼的“坚固堡垒”居然被不起眼的手纸出卖了。
