我国已经加入WTO,国外金融机构将逐渐进入我国金融市场,国内金融格局将发生巨大变化,日益激烈的竞争将不仅仅局限于国内银行间的传统业务,更多地将体现在以金融信息和资本运营为核心的金融市场的营销创意和金融产品创新等方面,这迫使我国商业金融机构将当前着手要解决的问题集中在研究市场需求、发挥信息资本优势、积极开拓新的金融产品等方面.作为金融服务项目之一的保理业在我国却还基本是一项空白,外资银行登陆我国金融市场后,必然选择保理业务作为突破口,我国商业银行将面临激烈的市场竞争,所以现阶段我国就应该加大建设和完善国际保理业务的各项措施.“,”China has entered the WTO,foreign financial institutions will gradually enter China's financial markets,domestic financial structure will change greatly,increased competition will not be limited to the traditional domestic inter-bank business,more will be reflected in innovative marketing and financial products'innovation of the financial market which is at the core of financial information and operating capital.This forces China's commercial financial institutions to concentrate our attention on solving the problem on the study of market demand,playing a capital of information,exploring new financial products,and so on.Factoring business as one of the financial services in China is still basically a blank.After the landing of foreign-funded banks in China's financial markets,the inevitable choice as a breakthrough is factoring business.China's commercial banks will face fierce market competition.Therefore,China should step up and improve all the measures of international factoring business at this stage.
