样品采用乙腈振荡提取,固相萃取柱分离、净化,气相色谱电子捕获检测器(ECD)进行检测,外标法定量。结果表明:在玉米植株中,辛酰溴苯腈和氯氟吡氧乙酸的半衰期分别为0.6~1.3 d和0.8~1.5 d;在土壤中,辛酰溴苯腈和氯氟吡氧乙酸的半衰期分别为1.5~2.7 d和0.8~0.9 d。玉米与土壤中辛酰溴苯腈的最终残留量均低于0.002 mg/kg,氯氟吡氧乙酸的最终残留量均低于0.005 mg/kg。
The samples were extracted by acetonitrile, separated by solid-phase extraction column, cleaned up and detected by gas chromatography electron capture detector (ECD). The samples were quantified by external standard method. The results showed that the half-life of octaclor and fluridanil was 0.6-1.3 d and 0.8-1.5 d respectively in maize plants. In the soil, the half-life of octaclor and fluridyl acetate Respectively 1.5 ~ 2.7 d and 0.8 ~ 0.9 d. The final residues of octaclor in corn and soil were less than 0.002 mg / kg, and the final residues of flurbiprofen were both lower than 0.005 mg / kg.
