针对普通水润滑橡胶轴承摩擦系数大,承载能力低的缺点,设计制造了双水腔动压橡胶轴承新结构,通过实验与理论验证分析了形成流体动压水膜的几个制约条件,并对实验结果进行了误差分析.最后从摩擦系数的大小上定性地验证说明了流体动力润滑的形成
Aiming at the shortcoming of large friction coefficient and low bearing capacity of common water lubricated rubber bearing, a new structure of double water chamber dynamic pressure rubber bearing is designed and manufactured. Several constraints of forming hydrodynamic water film are analyzed through experiments and theoretical verification. The experimental results have been error analysis. Finally, the qualitative verification of the friction coefficient shows the formation of hydrodynamic lubrication
