上海炼油厂裂化反应塔系进口设备,已投产使用24年。塔体内径φ1.8m、高15m,由复合钢板构成,壁厚40mm。其中基层板厚38mm,材料是12CrMo耐热钢;复层板厚2mm,材料是OCr13耐腐蚀不锈钢。塔内工作介质为石油烃类,工作温度500℃,工作压力25kgf/cm~2。去年检修时,采用超声波及x射线等检查,在各环缝的几个部位发现多处裂纹,最长达90mm,多数是深埋裂纹。由于这一严重的损坏,裂化反应塔继续运行是很危险的,因此,提出了两个解决问题的办法:
