在单因素试验的基础上,采用Box-Behnken设计对微波辅助提取大叶金花草总黄酮工艺中的液料比、提取时间和微波功率3个因素的最优化组合进行了定量研究,建立并分析了各因素与得率关系的数学模型。结果表明:最佳的工艺条件为液料比12.6mL/g、提取时间149s和微波功率488W。经试验验证,在此条件下总黄酮得率为6.59%,与理论计算值6.54%基本一致。说明回归模型能较好地预测大叶金花草总黄酮的提取得率。
Based on the single-factor experiment, the optimal combination of liquid-material ratio, extraction time and microwave power in the process of microwave-assisted extraction of total flavonoids from S. australis was studied by using the Box-Behnken design. The optimal combination of three factors was established and analyzed The mathematical model of the relationship between factors and yield. The results showed that the optimal process conditions were liquid-to-liquid ratio of 12.6mL / g, extraction time of 149s and microwave power of 488W. The experimental results show that under these conditions, the yield of total flavonoids is 6.59%, which is basically consistent with the calculated value of 6.54%. This shows that the regression model can better predict the extraction rate of the total flavonoids from S. macrophylla.
