研究企业文化,不能不研究企业创业者和企业家。他们是企业文化的倡导、维护者和管理者,他们的思想意识、个人品行和道德准则、思维方式和习惯、价值观和经营哲学,直接决定着企业文化走向和实质性内容。可以说企业文化与企业的创始人和企业家有着千丝万缕的联系。在某种程度上讲,有什么样的企业创始人,什么样的企业家,就会产生什么样的企业文化。本文从企业家的家庭背景、教育背景、成长环境和心理特征等角度出发,阐释了这些因素对企业家产生的影响并进而对企业文化产生的影响。
Study corporate culture, can not but study business entrepreneurs and entrepreneurs. They are advocates, defenders and managers of corporate culture. Their ideology, personal conduct and moral standards, ways of thinking and habits, values and business philosophy directly determine the direction and substance of corporate culture. It can be said that the corporate culture and business founder and entrepreneur has inextricably linked. To some extent, what kind of corporate culture is produced by what kind of business founder and what kind of entrepreneur. This article illustrates the impact of these factors on entrepreneurs and further on the corporate culture from the perspectives of entrepreneur’s family background, educational background, growth environment and psychological characteristics.
