本部内燃机及配件行业的工厂,截至1979年底共有771家,一般都设有热处理车间或工段。据对33家内燃机厂的统计,热处理耗电平均约占全厂耗电的18%,有的高达38%。工厂多称热处理为“电老虎”。可见,如何降低热处理的能耗,是一个相当重要且又急需解决的问题。下面根据一些内燃机及配件厂热处理现状,对该行业热处理节能措施加以综述。一、加强节能领导工厂应成立有专业技术人员参加的节能领导班子,制定出合理的热处理各工序的能耗定额,认真考核,赏罚分明,长期坚持,以保证见效。大连油泵油嘴厂这方面的工作开展得很好,厂里节电节水已蔚然成风。
The internal combustion engine and accessories industry factories, as of the end of 1979 a total of 771, are generally equipped with heat treatment plant or section. According to the statistics of 33 internal combustion engine plants, the average heat-treatment power consumption accounts for about 18% of the whole plant’s power consumption and some as high as 38%. More heat treatment plant called “electric tiger.” Visible, how to reduce the heat treatment energy consumption, is a very important and urgent problem to be solved. The following based on some internal combustion engine and parts plant heat treatment status, the industry heat treatment energy saving measures are reviewed.
