采用数值模拟的方法研究了二元引射喷管间距比变化和面积比变化对推力特性和3~5μm波段红外辐射特性的影响.排气系统的流场采用了商用软件计算,红外辐射特征采用了自主开发的软件(NU-AA-IR)进行计算.结果表明:间距比变化和面积比变化对二元引射喷管的推力系数和引射流量比有不同程度的影响.在小方向角范围内,间距比和面积比的变化对宽边探测平面上的积分辐射强度影响较大,最大降幅为30%左右,而对窄边探测平面上的积分辐射强度影响较小;二元引射喷管相对于二元喷管的红外辐射特性最大降幅为50%左右.
The influence of the change of the pitch ratio and the area ratio of the binary ejecting nozzle on the thrust characteristics and the infrared radiation characteristics in the band of 3 ~ 5μm was studied by means of numerical simulation.The flow field of the exhaust system was calculated by commercial software and the characteristics of infrared radiation (NU-AA-IR) was used to calculate the results.The results showed that the variation of pitch ratio and area ratio had different effects on the thrust coefficient and the jet flow ratio of the binary ejecting nozzle.In the small direction angle The change of the range, pitch ratio and area ratio have a great influence on the integral radiation intensity on the wide-boulder detection plane, with the maximum decrease about 30%, but little influence on the integral radiation intensity on the narrow-side detection plane. The nozzle relative to the binary nozzle infrared radiation characteristics of the largest decline of about 50%.
