通过在Schirmer氏滤纸条上测定泪液渗透量与渗透长度,证明它们之间是直线正相关关系,并制出工作曲线,再以一固定长度5×15mm之滤纸条做为“定量容积滤纸条,当其沾满泪液时,可按土述曲线查得其容积。以此“固定容积滤纸条”置于结膜囊,测定了氯霉素、利福平和盐酸吗啉胍眼药水于滴眼后不同时间结膜囊内药物之浓度。研究结膜囊内药物浓度及其变化,对评价现行滴眼剂的常规用法,并制订出更合理的给药方法提供一些客观依据。
