国防基础科研项目是推动我国国防科技工业发展和武器装备研制生产的重要支撑,是一种典型的知识生产方式。本文从知识生产的视角,基于对知识生产过程和特征的分析,提出了基于知识生产过程模式的二段式过程管理模式和基于知识生产特征的国防基础科研项目管理机制建设的建议,以期能为国防基础科研项目的管理提供参考。
Basic national defense scientific research projects are an important support to promote the development of China’s national defense science and technology and the development and production of weapons and equipment and are a typical mode of knowledge production. Based on the analysis of production process and characteristics of knowledge production, this paper proposes a two-stage process management model based on knowledge production process model and suggestions on construction of management mechanism of national defense basic research project based on knowledge production characteristics. Provide a reference for the management of national defense basic scientific research projects.
