某型号水冷发动机气缸头因存在缩孔缩松缺陷,在试制阶段有80%产品加工后出现水道与燃烧室贯通,导致产品报废。通过改进工艺及设计结构尺寸,改善铸件凝固顺序,解决了关键部位的缩孔、缩松缺陷,提高了产品品质。
