本文对来自云南省烟草农业科学研究院的288份烟草种质资源进行黑胫病抗性鉴定,其中烤烟101份,白肋烟55份,雪茄内包烟8份,雪茄填充烟23份,雪茄外包皮烟38份,烟熏烟2份,马里兰烟8份,香料烟3份,杂交种13份,黄花烟13份,类型不明确的有24份,鉴定结果发现290份种质资源有17份抗病资源,23份中抗资源,79份中感资源,171份感病资源,黑胫病抗性较好的有MZ182、MZ254、MZ255、MZ321、MZ307、MZ319和MZ496。
In this paper, 288 tobacco germplasm resources from Yunnan Academy of Tobacco Agricultural Sciences were identified as black shank resistance, including 101 parts of flue-cured tobacco, 55 parts of burley tobacco, 8 parts of cigar tobacco, 23 cigars, 23 cigars 38 parts of foreskin smoke, 2 parts of smoked tobacco, 8 parts of Maryland tobacco, 3 parts of oriental tobacco, 13 parts of hybrids and 13 parts of yellow smoke, and 24 parts of unknown type. The identification results showed that 290 germplasm resources had 17 MZ252, MZ254, MZ255, MZ321, MZ307, MZ319 and MZ496 were the most resistant to black shank.
