对490例精神分裂症患者家属,按配偶和一级亲属分组,应用症状自评量表(scl—90)进行评定。结果提示,配偶较一级亲属心理健康状况差,这可能给家庭稳定带来问题。
490 family members of schizophrenia were divided into spouses and first-degree relatives according to Self-rating Symptom Scale (scl-90). The results suggest that spouses have worse mental health than first-degree relatives, which may cause problems for family stability.
