目的研究银杏叶内生真菌Alternaria tenuissima SY-P-07的次级代谢产物。方法采用硅胶柱色谱、凝胶柱色谱、高效液相色谱等方法对发酵液及菌丝体部分进行分离纯化,通过理化性质和波谱数据分析鉴定化合物的结构。结果从植物内生真菌(Alternaria tenuissima SY-P-07)发酵液的乙酸乙酯萃取物和菌丝体的丙酮提取物中共分离得到11个化合物,分别鉴定为dihydroalterperylenol(1)、alterperylenol(2)、6-epi-stemphytriol(3)、7-epi-8-hydroxyaltertoxin I(4)、stemphyperylenol(5)、酒渣碱(6)、(2 R,3 R)-3,5,7,3’,5’-五羟基黄烷(7)、solanapyrone G(8)、(22 E,24 S)-麦角甾-7,22-二烯-3β,5α,6β-三醇(9)、3β,5α,9α-三羟基-(22E,24R)-麦角甾-7,22-二烯-6-酮(10)、5α,8α-过氧-(22E,24R)-麦角甾-6,22-二烯-3β-醇(11)。结论其中化合物3~10为首次从该菌种中分离得到,化合物6,7,8,10为首次从Alternaria sp.真菌中分离得到。
Objective To study the secondary metabolites of endophytic fungi Alternaria tenuissima SY-P-07 in Ginkgo biloba. Methods The constituents of fermentation broth and mycelia were separated and purified by silica gel column chromatography, gel column chromatography and high performance liquid chromatography. The structures of the compounds were identified by physico-chemical properties and spectral data analysis. Results Eleven compounds were isolated from the ethyl acetate extract of mycelia and the extract of mycelium of Alternaria tenuissima SY-P-07 and identified as dihydroalterperylenol (1), alterperylenol (2) , 6-epi-stemphytriol (3), 7-epi-8-hydroxyaltertoxin I (4), stemphyperylenol (5) (7), solanapyrone G (8), (22E, 24S) -ergosta-7,22-diene-3β, 5α, 6β-triol (9), 3β, 5α, 9α-trihydroxy- (22E, 24R) -ergosta-7,22-dien-6-one (10), 5a, 8a-peroxo- (22E, 24R) Diene-3β-ol (11). Conclusion Compounds 3 to 10 were isolated from this strain for the first time. Compounds 6, 7, 8 and 10 were isolated from Alternaria sp. For the first time.
