利用有限元法研究了紧凑拉伸试样电位场分布随裂纹的变化,从灵敏度、信号幅度和测点位置误差三方面对直流电位降法应用中接线点位置的选择进行分析。结果表明,电位差测点选在试样缺口嘴部时可获得最大灵敏度;当电流输入点与电位差测点重合时信号幅度最大,但这种情况下测点位置误差会引起较大的测量误差。
The finite element method was used to study the change of the potential field distribution of the compact tensile specimen with the crack. The choice of the position of the connection point in the application of DC potential drop method was analyzed from three aspects of sensitivity, signal amplitude and measuring point position error. The results show that the maximum sensitivity is obtained when the potential difference measuring point is selected at the notch of the sample notch, and the signal amplitude is the largest when the current input point and the potential difference measuring point coincide. However, the position error of the measurement spot will cause a larger measurement in this case error.
