卫生部于2010年2月10日出台了《医院处方点评管理规范(试行)》[1](以下简称《规范》),明确指出医疗机构要制定处方点评制度,定期进行处方的点评工作并纳入医院质量管理年检查。处方点评是医院医疗质量持续改进和药品临床应用管理的重要组成部分,是提高药物治疗水平的重要手段[2]。现将我院2009-2012年的门诊处方点评情况汇总,以评价改进效果,促进合理用药。
