随着经济全球化的发展,中德两国的交流日益增多,市场对复合型、应用型、创新型德语人才的需求正在迅速增长。然而在现实中,就业市场上竞争激烈,企业往往要求毕业生既要熟练掌握德语又具备一定的行业知识和工作经验。而一些应届毕业生却因与岗位要求不匹配而从事与本专业无关的工作。就业问题的出现除了毕业生自身原因还和地方高校应用型人才培养模式不无关系。本文以吉林省产业需求为出发点,以市场为导向,按照“出口带动入口”的思路,对吉林省的就业市场进行调查,旨在掌握用人单位对德语人才的需求情况,从而对地方本科院校德语应用型人才培养提出建议。
With the development of economic globalization, the exchanges between China and Germany have been increasing. The market demand for compound, applied and innovative German talents is growing rapidly. However, in reality, there is fierce competition in the employment market. Enterprises often require that graduates not only master German but also possess some industry knowledge and work experience. However, some fresh graduates are engaged in the work unrelated to the profession due to the mismatch with the job requirements. The emergence of employment problems in addition to their own reasons and graduates of local colleges and universities is not unrelated to the application of personnel training mode. This article takes the industrial demand of Jilin Province as the starting point, takes the market as the guideline, investigates the employment market in Jilin Province according to the idea of “Export Drives Entrance ”, aiming at mastering the demand of German employers by employers, Advocate and Cultivate Applied Talents in Colleges and Universities.
