本文应用肺阻抗微分血流图、心电图和心音图,快速同步测定62例正常足月阴道产儿和34例足月剖宫产儿的右心收缩时间间期(RVSTI),结果表明两组的右心射血前期与射血期之比(RPEP/RVET比值)均随日龄的增大而下降,其下降幅度在生后三天内,特别在第一天内最为显著。如与阴道产儿相比较,剖宫产儿的RPEP/RVET比值相对较大(P<0.05),围生儿RVET/RPEP比值的变化,可反映生后肺血管阻力和肺动脉压力的生理性下降。文中对造成剖宫产儿的RPEP/RVET比值在初生时相对较高的原因进行了探讨。
In this paper, rapid differential diagnosis of right ventricular systolic time (RVSTI) was performed in 62 normal-term vaginal births and 34 full-term cesarean deliveries using pulmonary impedance differential blood flow, ECG and phonocardiogram. The results showed that right The ratio of pre-ejection and ejection fraction (RPEP / RVET) decreased with the increasing of age, and the decrease was most significant within three days after birth, especially on the first day. The RPEP / RVET ratio in cesarean section was relatively higher (P <0.05) as compared with vaginal, and the change in RVET / RPEP ratio in perinatal children reflected the physiological decline in postnatal pulmonary vascular resistance and pulmonary pressure. In the paper, the reason why the ratio of RPEP / RVET in cesarean section was relatively high at birth was discussed.
