科学合理的薪酬激励方案不但提升员工对企业的信任感与归属感,而且还对企业的生存和发展有着重要的现实意义。笔者通过对公司薪酬现状、机制存在的问题以及其产生的原因进行系统分析,提出公司薪酬激励机制的优化方案,从而提升关键岗位薪酬的市场竞争力,有效激励关键岗位人才的积极性,实现出人才、出效益的良好局面。
