自主设计搭建了对旋轴流风机叶轮系统流固耦合实验台。对设计工况和非设计工况下风机内部流固耦合流动进行了深入的实验研究,并运用信号分析方法进行了信号分析和数据处理。揭示了二级叶轮轴向振动与级间流场压力脉动之间的流固耦合作用,为进行故障诊断和失效机理分析奠定了基础。
Independent design and construction of the axial-flow fan impeller system fluid-solid coupling test bed. The fluid-solid coupling flow inside the fan under design condition and non-design condition has been deeply studied and the signal analysis and data processing have been carried out by using the signal analysis method. The fluid-structure interaction between the axial vibration of the secondary impeller and the pressure pulsation in the interstage flow field is revealed, which lays the foundation for fault diagnosis and failure mechanism analysis.
