本文以《德伯家的苔丝》歌唱文本中描写的三类歌曲民谣、世俗小调和圣歌以及三位主人公苔丝、亚历克·德伯和克莱尔分别对它们的歌唱为出发点,结合文学伦理学的批评方法,对苔丝悲剧命运的形成展开系统研究。本文重点分析苔丝如何受到母亲民谣的教诲从而建构婚恋伦理认知,如何受到亚历克世俗小调的引诱触犯伦理禁忌,又如何在失贞后转向从克莱尔的圣歌中寻求庇佑和救赎,由此发现影响苔丝悲剧命运的三个重要的歌唱阶段及其所产生的伦理教诲价值。
In this paper, three kinds of song ballad, secular minor and anthem described in the Tess of Tess of the Düber family and the three protagonists Tess, Alec Dober and Claire, respectively, start from their singing, combining literature The critical method of ethics is a systematic study of the formation of Tess’s tragedy. This paper focuses on how Tess was taught by mother ballad to construct the cognition of marriage and ethics, how to be seduced by Alec Secular Minor in violation of ethical taboo and how to seek blessing and redemption from Clare’s chant after losing his virginity. This discovery found three important stages of singing that affected Tess’s tragedy and the ethical and educational value it produced.
