目的探讨不同重建相位对64排螺旋CT(64MDCT)对冠状动脉成像质量的影响。方法对56例拟诊冠心病患者行64MDCT扫描后,使用Philips独立工作站提供的冠状动脉分析软件,进行冠状动脉重建。重建的方法包括容积再现、多平面重组、最大密度投影和曲面重组等。分析不同R-R时相各支冠状动脉的显示情况。结果右冠状动脉近段、远段及左前降支、左回旋支近段的最佳时相是70%和75%,右冠状动脉中段、后降支及左回旋支远段重建的最佳时相为70%,75%和40%.结论选择回顾性心电门控最佳R-R时相重建冠状动脉可最大限度减轻心脏运动伪影,提高图像质量。
Objective To investigate the effect of different reconstruction phases on the quality of coronary artery imaging with 64-slice spiral CT (64MDCT). Methods Sixty-six patients diagnosed with coronary heart disease underwent 64-MHz CT scan. Coronary artery reconstruction software provided by Philips independent workstation was used for coronary artery reconstruction. Reconstruction methods include volume reproduction, multi-plane reorganization, the maximum density projection and surface reorganization. Analysis of different R-R phase of the coronary arteries showed. Results The optimal time of right coronary artery proximal segment, distal segment, left anterior descending branch and left circumflex artery segment was 70% and 75%, respectively. The optimal reconstruction of middle right coronary artery, descending branch and left circumflex artery distal segment 70%, 75% and 40% respectively.Conclusion The optimal reconstruction of coronary arteries with retrospective ECG gating can reduce cardiac motion artifacts and improve image quality.
