Whether a company can maintain its superiority in competition and its high level of performance is the key to its survival and development. Under the background of knowledge economy, how to improve innovation performance has become an important issue in the field of human resources management in contemporary enterprises. The survey found that human resources management practices through the intermediary role of human capital and social capital, promote the innovation performance. The development of human capital, social capital and the platform and channel of knowledge sharing are beneficial to the optimization of human resource management practices.
