针对程潮铁矿无底柱分段崩落法爆破落矿大块率偏高的难题,采用AUTODYN软件,对中深孔爆破进行数值模拟。基于模拟结果,对最大爆破应力、爆破应力分布以及爆破破坏程度进行了分析。原布孔方案爆破时,存在很大范围的爆破低应力区域,破坏程度较低;而新布孔方案通过降低孔间距,爆破应力得到普遍的提高,爆破高应力范围也得到极大范围的增加,整体破坏程度也得到了很大的改善。
Aiming at the problem of high briquette rate of blasting and shearing in the pillarless caving method of Chengchao Iron Mine, the numerical simulation of medium-deep borehole blasting is carried out with AUTODYN software. Based on the simulation results, the maximum burst stress, the distribution of blasting stress and the degree of blasting failure are analyzed. In the original blasting scheme, there is a wide range of low-stress area of blasting, with a low degree of damage. The new blasting scheme generally increases the blasting stress by reducing the hole spacing, and the blasting high-stress range is also greatly increased , The overall extent of damage has also been greatly improved.
