幼儿园的管理工作涉及到方方面面,既琐碎又复杂。而怎样在教育教学中植入科研元素,切实提高保教保育质量,提升办园质量,是每个幼儿园管理者所要思考的一大问题。为此,在平时的管理实践中,我园尝试了以下教育教学科研的管理策略:明确教科研任务首先组织全园教师学习、领悟《幼儿园教育指导新纲要》精神,在平时的教学实践中落实。其次,针对我园的实际,尤其是在保教保育中存在的问题,我们从中选择研究课题,一边探索,一边实践,一边研究,使教科研工作为提高教育教学质量服务。另外,我园还结合园本教研活动的开展及教师的迫切需求,加大对教师反思行为的研究,通过专家讲座,集中学习相关
