为全面实施人才强省战略,吉林省人民政府2007年批转《吉林省会计人才培养方案》(即“5151”工程)之后,吉林省财政厅2008年制定出台了《吉林省会计领军人才培养实施办法》,并于2009年选拔招收第一期企业类会计领军人才班,开启了吉林省会计领军人才培养工程。2011年经与吉林省委组织部沟通协调,将会计领军企业类二期班纳入到全省“双百千万”人才计划中的现代服务业高端人才工程。6年来,通过笔试和面试,吉林省累计招收领军学员154人。这些学员自身的思想观念、学术水平和工作能力在6年中
