本文从节能观点出发分析了静压轴承的供油系统,指出传统的恒流系统和恒压系统不适于静压轴承间歇承载或外载荷变化范围较大的场合。笔者在实践中采用了压力跟踪供油系统,分析与实践表明:该系统是一种节能型的供油系统,尤其适用于以液压作驱动力的机械设备中的静压轴承。在变载作用下,静压轴承仍具有良好的性能,该系统是一种具有广阔应用前景的新技术。
This paper analyzes the oil supply system of hydrostatic bearing from the point of view of energy saving, and points out that the traditional constant current system and constant pressure system are not suitable for intermittent bearing or static load bearing large changes in external load occasions. In practice, the author used a pressure tracking oil supply system. Analysis and practice show that this system is an energy-saving oil supply system and is especially suitable for hydrostatic bearings in hydraulic-driven machinery and equipment. In the role of variable load, hydrostatic bearings still have good performance, the system is a broad application prospects of new technologies.
