Editor’s note: This year is the last year of greening Anhui in eight years. The flood control and drought-prone areas in Jianghuai hilly area of our province have a weak forestry foundation. To ensure the completion of the afforestation task in this area, the provincial government held a meeting on afforestation in some counties (cities) to discuss the afforestation project. Vice Governor Zhang Ping attended the meeting and made an important speech.
