纳税人多维需求给现实的纳税服务工作带来了新的挑战。在纳税服务过程中,纳税人的需求层次不断提升,税务部门的服务举措与时俱进。就服务内容的创新而言,从法定的服务事项到再造的业务流程,从标准化服务到个性化服务,折射出纳税人需求的动态变化。本文从纳税人多维需求角度出发,通过对大量调研数据进行分析,对纳税服务内容作进一步梳理,并在此基础上,提出优化纳税服务的建议。
Taxpayers’ multidimensional demand has brought new challenges to the reality of tax service. In the tax service process, the taxpayer’s demand level continues to improve, the tax services initiatives with the times. In terms of innovations in service content, the dynamic changes from the statutory service items to the reengineered business processes, from standardized services to personalized services, reflect the dynamic needs of taxpayers. Based on the multi-dimensional demands of taxpayers, this paper analyzes a large number of survey data to further clarify the content of tax services, and on this basis, puts forward proposals to optimize tax services.
