为利用动物实验比较上海不同功能区各个季节细颗粒物(PM2.5)对大鼠肺部炎症的影响。研究人员分别采集上海宝山区、徐汇区四个季节PM2.5。每个地区每个季节PM2.5设低、中、高剂量组(分别为1.6、8.0、40.0 mg/kg体重),另设生理盐水对照组,每组6只。采用气管滴注的方式进行染毒,连续染毒3天。最后一次气管滴注24 h后,收集肺泡灌洗液(BALF)进行细胞计数,测定BALF中总蛋白(TP)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、白介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α
To compare the effects of fine particulate matter (PM2.5) in different functional areas of Shanghai on lung inflammation in rats using animal experiments. The researchers collected the Baoshan District, Shanghai, Xuhui District, four seasons PM2.5. In each region, PM2.5 was set as low, middle and high dosage group (1.6, 8.0, 40.0 mg / kg body weight respectively) in each season, and another 6 saline control groups.
