针对某石油化工厂丁二烯生产线温度采用模糊PID控制方式存在的不足,通过改用单神经元PID控制并结合在线参数自适应Smith补偿方案实现温度实时控制。仿真分析表明:系统超调减小,调节时间缩短。
Aiming at the shortcomings of the fuzzy PID control method of butadiene production line temperature in a petrochemical plant, the temperature control is realized by using the single neuron PID control combined with the on-line parameter adaptive Smith compensation scheme. Simulation analysis shows that the overshoot of the system is reduced and the adjustment time is shortened.
