一、大白菜大白菜是城乡人民冬春食用的主要蔬菜品种之一。它的贮存期一般为4—5个月。在此期间由于失水和脱帮造成的损失约占40~60%。近年来,一些蔬菜部门改土法库存为筐存及2·4—D蘸根处理,并辅以机械降温处理,使损耗降低25%左右。某些地方,利用10—15PPm的2·4—D蘸根处理,收效也很明显。他们的做法是:将刚收获的大白菜,放在阴凉通风处,把表面水晾干,然后将其根部在10 First, the cabbage Chinese cabbage is one of the main vegetable varieties consumed by urban and rural people in winter and spring.
