采用浸泡实验和电化学技术实验研究了电解锰阴极板材料316 L不锈钢在各种不同溶液介质中的失重、开路电位电势、极化、阻抗。结果表明,316L不锈钢的耐腐蚀性较好,在40℃下浸泡的失重程度大于常温的,前期失重大于后期,在甲酸溶液中失重小于硫酸,在有机酸、盐类的混合溶液介质中的失重较大,协同作用加快不锈钢板的腐蚀。对于316 L不锈钢来说,乙酸、草酸、氯化钠、硫酸的腐蚀性大于甲酸,即使较小的浓度也会引起自腐蚀电位等数值的变化,且随着溶液浓度增大腐蚀性也增大。
The immersion test and electrochemical technique were used to study the weight loss, open circuit potential, polarization and impedance of 316L stainless steel cathode material in various solutions. The results show that the corrosion resistance of 316L stainless steel is better than that of normal temperature. The weight loss of 316L stainless steel is better than that of normal temperature. The weight loss in the formic acid solution is less than that of sulfuric acid. The weight loss of the 316L stainless steel in the mixed solution of organic acid and salt Larger, synergies to speed up the corrosion of stainless steel. For 316L stainless steel, acetic acid, oxalic acid, sodium chloride and sulfuric acid are more corrosive than formic acid. Even small concentrations can cause changes in the values of the corrosion potential and the like, and the corrosiveness increases as the solution concentration increases .
