班主任作为班级工作的指导者和参与者,其专业技能的高低会直接影响班级教育工作的水平。然而,班级管理一直被许多教师培养院校拒之门外。据笔者对6000多名中小学班主任非随机抽样调查表明,一方面是绝大多数教师,特别是农村学校的教师并没有接受过班主任工作培训。另一方面,即使有农村学校教师参加培训,也感到收效甚微。因为培训的教师都来自于县城以上,他们为了充分展示自己的亮点,讲的几乎都是班级特色活动,受启发和借鉴的程度相当
