本工作在用油酸引起的大鼠实验性肺水肿的模型中发现,肺水肿大鼠肺内心钠素含量明显降低,血浆心钠素水平显著升高;外源性心钠素可以抑制这种肺水肿时肺的湿重/干重比例的升高、表面活性物质的降低,改善和部分阻遏肺间质水肿、肺不张和透明膜的形成。这为肺内心钠素功能的研究和肺水肿的防治提供了新的资料。
This work in oleic acid-induced model of experimental pulmonary edema in rats found pulmonary edema significantly decreased atrial natriuretic peptide, plasma atrial natriuretic peptide levels were significantly increased; exogenous atrial natriuretic peptide can inhibit this Pulmonary edema lung wet weight / dry weight ratio increases, surfactant reduction, improvement and partial obstruction of pulmonary interstitial edema, atelectasis and the formation of transparent membrane. This provides a new data for the study of pulmonary function of atrial natriuretic peptide and prevention and treatment of pulmonary edema.
