1.引言在提高窄轨线路列车运行速度的同时,为了保持规定的制动距离,电动车辆需装设高效率的制动系统,它能充分利用轮轨之间的粘着力。然而,这样又容易在制动时引起相当频繁的抢轮滑行。由於滑行,擦伤车轮踏面,这不仅产生噪音、降低舒适度,而且也是轮轴,轴承及与其有关的部件和设备发生事故的一个重要起因。虽然研究抢轮滑行现象,对防止踏面擦伤是很重要的,但因这种现象有偶然性,且又缺少检测和记录装置,所以对它还很难弄清楚。
1. INTRODUCTION While increasing the speed of trains running on narrow-gauge tracks, electric vehicles must be equipped with high-efficiency braking systems to take full advantage of the wheel-rail adhesion in order to maintain the specified braking distance. However, it is also easy to cause quite frequent wheel drive during braking. As a result of taxiing and scratching the tread of the wheel, this not only creates noise and reduces comfort, but also is an important cause of accidents in the axles, bearings and related components and equipment. Although it is important to prevent scratches on the tread surface, research on the phenomenon of wheel tacking is still hard to figure out due to the accidental nature of the phenomenon and lack of detection and recording equipment.
