当前高校学生党员培养教育存在入党动机世俗化、功利化、多元化,党性修养和理论水平不够扎实,党员的先锋模范作用得不到充分发挥等多种问题,导致这些问题出现的原因有党员的入党选拔机制不够健全、党员的培养教育方式单一落后以及党员的后续教育管理缺乏系统性。为做好高校学生党员管理工作,应有针对性地加强思想引领,提高学生党员的政治素养和思想觉悟;拓宽培养途径,提高学生党员的实践能力和影响力;推动工作创新,做好学生党员的队伍建设和梯队建设;加强宣传表彰,发挥学生党员的先进性和模范性等。
At present, there are many problems such as secularization, utilitarianism, pluralism, lack of solidarity in the Party spirit and theoretical level, lack of exertion of vanguard and exemplary role of party members in the cultivation and education of college student party members. The reasons for these problems are as follows: The system of selecting the party for joining the party is not sound enough, the party members’ training and education methods are single and backward, and the follow-up education and management of the party members lacks systematicness.
