目的 :研究辐射对伤口愈合影响的规律和机制。方法 :采用宏观、光镜、电镜及免疫组化(显示Ⅲ型胶原 )和原位杂交 (检测Ⅰ、Ⅲ型胶原mRNA)等方法 ,动态观察了大鼠放射复合伤口愈合的病理变化过程。结果与结论 :结果显示 ,伤后即刻予以 15Gy局部照射对伤口愈合有明显的延迟作用 ,具体表现为 :①伤口愈合早期炎症反应明显受到抑制 ,特别是单核细胞和中性粒细胞渗出减少 ,坏死组织增多 ,出血广泛 ;②肉芽组织生长成熟缓慢 ,成纤维细胞受到严重损害 ,出现畸形的“放射性成纤维细胞” ,胶原蛋白合成和分泌受到抑制 ;③上皮覆盖过程滞后 ,伤口愈合过程延迟
Objective: To study the rules and mechanisms of radiation on wound healing. Methods: The pathological changes of radiation-combined wound healing in rats were observed dynamically by macroscopic, light microscope, electron microscope and immunohistochemistry (showing type Ⅲ collagen) and in situ hybridization (type Ⅰ and type Ⅲ collagen mRNA). RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: The results showed that local irradiation of 15Gy immediately after injury significantly delayed the wound healing. The specific manifestations were as follows: (1) Inflammatory reaction was obviously inhibited in the early stage of wound healing, especially the decrease of exudation of monocytes and neutrophils , Necrotic tissue increased, extensive bleeding; ② granulation tissue growth and maturation, fibroblasts were severely damaged, deformity of the “radiofibroblasts”, collagen synthesis and secretion was inhibited; ③ epithelial coverage process lag, the wound healing process is delayed
